- Please note: We put love and care into every handmade product, but with quality comes time. Articles in stock, 5 – 10 days, custom orders 4 – 6 weeks. Progress updates will be provided regularly.

5. Order Process
- Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email.
- Full payment is required before the production or delivery of custom orders.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information provided by you.
6. Shipping and Delivery
- We ship to addresses within South Africa. Delivery fees and timelines will be provided at checkout.
- Granny Crew is not liable for delays or losses caused by third-party couriers or incorrect delivery information.
7. Return Policy: Return Process

Return Authorization:
If your return request is approved, we will provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions for shipping the item back.
Shipping the Return:

Ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Refunds and Replacements
Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Refunds for defective or incorrect items will include the original shipping fee, if applicable.
Replacements: If you qualify for a replacement, we will process and ship the replacement item as soon as the returned item is received and inspected.

Handmade Variations: As all our items are handmade, slight variations in size, color, or texture are to be expected. These variations are not considered defects but are part of the unique charm of handmade products.
Custom Orders: For custom-made orders, customers are heavily involved in the design process, including choosing colors and patterns. Therefore, returns for custom orders are not accepted unless the product is defective or damaged.
